    My experience initially was excellent from walking in, even after leaving. However when I returned to work with the food, and everyone had their orders but me I wasn't happy. It got worse when I called back to say that my order was left out. The cashier confirmed that the kitchen staff said indeed they left out my order, but I was offered a free extra taco for my inconvenience. I was shocked since I had to drive back from far away, and get my food again. Clock out of work, and lose more gas, and time. I should have been compensated as I would have been in any other establishment. The charge for my food should have been removed, and an apology given along with getting my order for my trouble that they were responsible for causing. I'm very disappointed in the lack of care or concern, and the poor level of customer service I received. It's completely unacceptable.

    Hidden Gem! A friend of mines introduced me to this restaurant and I've been a fan every since! A customer service is excellent and the atmosphere is laid back. The food is good, The people serving you are great. It's just an overall wonderful experience I recommend you go and visit the restaurant and have a few drinks.

    Good Mexican food, great service, and good prices. Don Jose Mexican Restaurant has been a local go to for over 20 years. The service of the staff is excellent. Expect to be seated and served quickly in this contemporary styled and comfortable restaurant. The California burrito I ordered was good and the contents were fresh, but I am not crazy about canned jalapenos or canned cheese being on my food. I requested only fresh...oh well, could have been just an oversight. All in all a good place to dine.

    I've been coming here for years, and the service is consistently excellent. The food is always fresh and hot. It's delivered promptly by very friendly waitstaff. The business is family-owned, and they're very nice people. Enjoy your visit!

    Went there for dinner tonight, it was our first time, so we didn’t know what to expect... we walked in we’re greeted and seated by nice older lady . The chips and salsa are bomb ! I had enchiladas verdes & my husband had the combination enchiladas & it was soooo good EVERYTHING was AMAZING tasted so authentic. The waiter & waitress was on top of there game ! We never needed a refill, chips or salsa... very sweet & we will be coming back !!! Can’t wait to try other things on the menu! It is a little pricey but well worth it !!
